True raclette lovers are on cloud seven in our Saagi Stübli. We still melt ourtasty raclette cheese over an open wood fire and then spread it on the plate in tune with the traditional method. The wood fire gives the cheese a very special taste. This type of raclette preparation is exclusively available in Gstaad in our traditional restaurant: Saagi Stübli.
