It's not only the classics you know like cheese fondue, fondue chinoise or fondue bourguignonne – that can be found on our menu. Specialties such as champagne fondue with truffles or the "Gstaaderhof devil's fondue" provide a memorable fondue experience. We serve our raclette with potatoes, cornichons, and silver pickled onions as it is traditionally known. A hand-picked selection of the finest meat on the hot stone grill makes the menu from the Saagi Stübli at the Gstaaderhof perfect.
True raclette lovers are on cloud seven in our Saagi Stübli. We still melt ourtasty raclette cheese over an open wood fire and then spread it on the plate in tune with the traditional method. The wood fire gives the cheese a very special taste. This type of raclette preparation is exclusively available in Gstaad in our traditional restaurant: Saagi Stübli.
As a hotel guest in the Gstaaderhof, you can also enjoy your fondue in the middle of the magnificent Saanenland landscape. A unique experience for all fondue lovers, which we are more than happy to make happen.
